DVA Card Holders
All DVA Card holders, including new patients with a DVA Card, are bulk-billed every day including Saturdays. This means that we bill the government directly with no out of pocket expense to the patient. We ask that  patients bring their current concession cards to every appointment.

Claiming Medicare Rebate
We are able to arrange for payment of your Medicare rebate through online transfer into your preferred bank account. Patients wishing to claim through Medicare themselves are able to do so.
  • Online Payment: To register for online claiming patients simply need to provide a BSB and account number to either Medicare or our reception staff. Information on how to register through Medicare is available at their website.
Private Health Insurance
We provide patients with tax invoices for all paid services to enable them to lodge claims with their health funds as appropriate. We do not liaise directly with any private health funds for the purpose of claiming benefits.

Billing of Children
Children without centrelink concession cards are not routinely bulk billed. Dr Jefferies and Dr Longbottom bulk bill children when attending for childhood vaccinations. A $10 surcharge applies to all patients on Saturdays.
